Clark Computer Services is an MSP providing IT Support to small businesses. We are extremely customer focused and we are looking for a senior IT support technician with excellent communication & customer support skills who loves to make clients happy. The ideal candidate will have 3 years’ experience providing network and server support to small businesses.
We require:
- A sound understanding of computer networking concepts
- Experience installing and configuring firewalls/routers & switches
- Experience with installing, migrating, troubleshooting, and managing Windows servers
- Experience with administrating Active Directory
- Experience with Group Policies
- Small business IT support experience is a plus

Job Summary:
A Cabling Technician installs, repairs, and maintains various types of cabling technology in construction areas with or without direct supervision. Duties include assembling and arranging material and equipment to run, pull, stop, and splice copper and fiber optic cables, such as CAT5, SE, CAT6, low voltage, and fiber, installing feeder lines, and mounting telecom equipment.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing cable infrastructure and hardware
- Troubleshooting current systems or cable networks
- Testing newly installed or relocated cables to customer and company specifications
- Identifying and removing redundant or damaged cabling
- Installing cable support structures such as J-hooks, racks, and innerduct
- Ensuring all cables are neatly tied and bundled according to safety regulations
- Completing timesheets, checklists, reports, and orders and required
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends as required
- Strong work ethic and desire to provide quality service
- Ability to effectively work in tight or confined areas
- Ability to carry heavy loads as needed at the work site
- Ability to carry and climb ladders as needed

Job Summary:
The EAC Technician will install, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electronic access control systems and video surveillance equipment with or without direct supervision. This includes access control devices such as: card readers, request-to-exit (REX) buttons, motion sensors, maglocks, electronic door strikes, access control panels, analog and IP cameras, cable pathway systems, and various other electronic components and cabling types. These installations are primarily performed on construction sites throughout Maryland, parts of Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Install various access control devices
- Program access control panels and systems
- Install various camera types, both analog and digital IP systems
- Install and program NVR/DVR recording units
- Install cable pathway systems, including trays, racks, J-hooks, and D-rings
- Install, terminate, test, label, and document horizontal, backbone, and other cables
- Route cables into closets and control rooms
- Perform other duties as assigned

Job Summary:
The Commercial Estimator works as part of the sales and engineering teams, primarily in the field, to assist with quotes, orders, and new and existing customer sales. This role is responsible for all non-core pricing data, annual and ad-hoc pricing updates, maintaining standard product install pricing, building and maintaining relationships with supply chain partners, and obtaining the best pricing options to support business growth and profit improvements.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Gather first-hand information from potential work sites
- Determine key variables for cost and other estimates
- Research data on relevant labor costs, materials, production times, etc.
- Use software for data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Obtain and review offers and quotes provided by subcontractors or vendors
- Create and submit estimate reports or bids
- Provide consultation on all aspects of job planning, including schedules, staffing, etc.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven experience as an estimator or similar position
- Practical experience with financial and project management principals
- Experience with research and data analysis methods in estimation formulas
- Competent in reading and understanding technical drawings to create price elements
- Proficiency with role-relevant software
- Strong mathematical understanding with an analytical mindset
- Outstanding communication, price negotiation, and cost-saving abilities
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
Education and Experience:
BSc/BA in engineering, construction science, or a relevant discipline and at least 4 years of experience. A Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) and experience working with a bid team is preferred.

This includes devices such as: analog and IP video cameras, monitors, recording devices, networking equipment, cable pathways, and other related hardware to ensure these systems function properly. These installations are primarily performed on construction sites throughout Maryland, parts of Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
