Getting us back online was a detailed process, but they worked quickly and were with us every step of the way — they took care of purchasing and installing the new server and getting us set up with all the new software we needed, including Quickbooks™, our time-keeping program, and a complex tax accounting program that some of our attorneys use.
In the past, we felt like we were simply “reacting” to our IT-related problems. We especially like how proactive Clark is – they seem to pay close attention to our needs and make recommendations for us to consider if they feel a problem may be looming. We also like how good all of the technicians are at explaining the issue and how to address it. This is a very technical field but they have a way of talking with us that makes it all a bit more clear.
